Professional Tile & Grout Cleaning and Sealing Services
A lot of people know that trying to clean tile floors by hand is very hard and time consuming. It’s messy, uncomfortable, and impossible to get sparkly clean results that only come from professional tile and grout cleaning. This is because grout, which is a porous substance, collects dirt, grime, and spills, which will discolor the surface.

We only apply this product by hand, one tile at a time. We use a moistened microfiber sponge and paint it across each individual tile and also paint it into the grout lines. The sealer is absorbed by the stone.

We use a 3-Step Cleaning Process
Step 1 - We will pretreat the grout and tile with a cleaning agent that will loosen its grip on the tile surface. This cleaning agent will be agitated into the tile and grout with bristled brushes.
Step 2 - Using a Turbo Hybrid Hard Surface Cleaning Tools (designed for cleaning ceramic tile and grout) Our technicians will flush out the soils. These tools have high impact jets that allow for the deepest clean possible! Our tools also have a patented automatic vacuum compensator leaving the floors drier. Don’t worry; we take the dirt with us! The dirty water is not recycled into your facility during the cleaning; we always use fresh softened water which is also on our truck. (Our trucks are equipped with 100 gallon fresh water tanks.)
Step 3 - Once the tile and grout have been completely dried, a clear coat sealer will be applied to the tile and grout. The sealer is water based and is excellent for repelling oils and water stains. It also offers ultraviolet protection, helps resist soil, other stains, chemical degradation, biological growth and efflorescence and reduces cracking, spalling and freeze/thaw damage. It is best (if possible) to remain off of the sealed area for 6 hours after completion. Tile is completely cured within 48 hours after application.

We also offer a more luxurious sealer for Natural stone!

The sealer is absorbed by the stone. The process is to apply an even coat of the product across the entire grout and tile surface, while allowing the floor to absorb the sealer and then hand buff the remaining sealer that will not absorb off. It is very time consuming and detail-orientated process.
